The easiest way is to give our office and speak to one of our helpful staff about using donor sperm. Depending on your personal situation, we will set you up for a consultation and assist you with finding a cryobank that will have exactly what you are looking for.

BASIC DONOR SPERM
Use of donor sperm with home monitoring of ovulation and Intra-Uterine Insemination (IUI). This does not include the price of the donor sperm.

DONOR SPERM WITH TRIGGER
Monitor your egg development with an ultrasound and have The Arizona Center trigger your ovulation for more precise timing of Intra-Uterine Insemination (IUI). Stimulation medication optional. This does not include the price of the donor sperm or any medication.

TUBAL INSURANCE PLAN
Make sure your tubes are open prior to starting donor sperm inseminations. By making sure your fallopian tubes are open.
