BostonIVF - The Arizona Center has the most successful frozen donor egg program in Arizona and we are able to freeze and warm eggs with equivalent success rates to fresh donor eggs. This offers you options that were not available just last year. Donor eggs are literally “on the shelf” waiting for you to use them. The donor pool for frozen eggs is larger than fresh so you have more choices. Frozen donor eggs significantly shorten the length of time between donor selection and pregnancy. No longer do we have to synchronize cycles and wait for months; eggs are able to be thawed as soon as you are ready. The disadvantages of frozen donor eggs is that the number of eggs you get is smaller and usually patients will only have one transfer of embryos without any frozen for use in the future.
